4. Medicine ball squats

The fourth exercise is performed with a medicine ball. Starting position - semi-squat. We hold the ball in front of us, without pressing it to the chest. 5. Seated crunch with medicine ball (additional weight)

Today I included in the program a new exercise for me: explosive push-ups. It is very difficult and that is why I have not done them before, but they are very fun. If you are a regular visitor to this blog, then you know that I do not do any other workouts than what you can see.

Many new visitors ask me if I'm doing anything else. When I see these comments, I just shake my head, because when I'm not exercising, I'm just happy that I finished my previous workout and rest. Believe me, it doesn't even occur to me to do anything else. Is it just some yoga stretches. Your true goal is to create general conditions for fat loss and good muscle tone. Buy a jump rope and start by jumping on one leg. Perform 60 jumps on each leg and move on to the next exercise.

These are explosive pushups. I only do 3 pushups at a time as this is my physical limit so far. If you are more trained, then do as much as you can. Start with the rack in a horizontal position. Bend your elbows and lower yourself as low as possible to the floor. Push off from the bottom position so hard that you have enough time to perform a clap in the air. I think I did a lot more reps during the photoshoot because I wanted to show you some really good photos, but it wasn't easy at all. Now repeat these exercises again (rope + push-ups) one more time, and move on to chair lifts.

Jump onto a chair (the one I used was knee high) with both feet and take 5 steps with each foot. Repeat this 10 times. Like I said in the video, it's killer cardio. After this exercise, do explosive push-ups again and move on to lunges.

Perform 30 lunge reps. Each time you jump, you must touch your fingers until near the foot. Each touch is one repetition.
