There is no specific menu for exiting the Mukhina diet. Here, losing weight should rely on his own condition and, if he really wants to maintain the achieved result, follow simple rules:

  3. Do not overeat at night, but it is better still not to eat after 18:00 or at least 19:00.

Wednesday.

In addition to the list of diseases in the medical record, many brought with them, or rather on themselves, a heavy burden in the form of excess kilograms, which further complicated their condition.
I myself then needed help: after the second birth, I thoroughly recovered, so I had to put my body and figure in order. “Just think, a couple of extra kilos,” obese people will say. But besides the problems with appearance(and I am a doctor and should be an example for patients), I had other troubles - from shortness of breath to hormonal changes. All together - both professional searches and the search for a former slender woman in myself - prompted me to develop a method created on the basis of acupuncture and designed to improve the body, the logical consequence of which will certainly be a decrease in body weight. By the way, after the third birth, I also regained my shape thanks to my technique. In 2011, when I once again experienced the happiness of motherhood, I was already over forty. The body at this age is not so easy to part with extra pounds However, I got over them quickly.
When I started practicing acupuncture, I noticed that it had a positive effect on the condition of patients who were getting by with less and less medication. But she had flaws that made it difficult to use this method for weight loss. Doctors have previously prescribed acupuncture for various health problems, including obesity. To do this, acupuncture needles were placed at certain points for 1.5–2 hours, and then removed. To get a pronounced healing effect, one or two sessions were not enough - it was necessary to visit the doctor often. Sometimes microneedle-buttons were installed for a longer period - up to two weeks. Such needles were fixed with a plaster, and the person could remain outside the medical institution all this time. However, with prolonged use of the needle in closed channel conditions were created for the development of inflammation, and the exposure had to be interrupted. Of course, the results of reflexology were not very impressive: many diseases are chronic, and their treatment requires a prolonged effect on the acupuncture point.
I also tried to put microneedles on the points responsible for reducing appetite, but soon realized that it was inconvenient to attach them with a band-aid. The patch was peeling off all the time, it got dirty with prolonged wear, and in general the picture turned out to be not very aesthetic.
I have a practical problem: it was necessary to find a way to permanently install the needle in the auricle. Moreover, I felt the amazing effect of the microneedle: when it was standing, the appetite decreased noticeably, but as soon as I took it off, it increased again.
It was only necessary to think over a reliable and safe design of the needle. I immediately realized that the most suitable material for her is gold: it is quite durable and has bactericidal properties. But with the design it took a long time to mess around. Naturally, such needles were not produced anywhere, and I experimented with gold wire - I literally made different options by hand.

And then it dawned on me: the needle must always remain in the ear!
The first owner of the golden needle, and at the same time the first tester, of course, was me. It turned out that my needle could remain in my ear indefinitely, doing an excellent job of its main purpose - reducing appetite. My invention worked! Additionally, I created an auxiliary nutrition system and a corporal acupuncture scheme. These two directions allowed to enhance the effect of my technique. Thus, a unified technology for healing the body and losing weight took shape.
Today, this method is used in Origiteya clinics (the name comes from the phrase “original technology”). The first of them began work in Tver in 2003, and then others began to open. Now under the Origiteya brand there are medical centers in Omsk, St. Petersburg, Tver, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Rostoven-Don, Kiev (Ukraine). And we are not going to stop there: it is planned to open new clinics in Russia and neighboring countries.

The essence and features of the method

The method is based on the fact that at biologically active points located in the area of ​​the tragus, a special medical instrument is fixed - a needle, which is made of gold 585 or silver (all needles are registered by the Ministry of Health). It is injected at one acupuncture point, passes under the skin and is removed at another point; the free end of the needle is fixed - a kind of stitch is obtained. Two points - hunger and thirst - are connected, forming a healing channel - an acustract, which allows you to maximally influence the center of hunger in the brain.
Many people ask how this method helps to reduce appetite. I'll try to explain clearly.
Our eating behavior is controlled by the hypothalamus. When the concentration of glucose in the blood drops below normal, it gets excited and sends us in search of food - it signals the brain that we need to eat. The needle, which stands at specific points associated with the hypothalamus, blocks this impulse. Simply put, the signal does not reach the cerebral cortex, and the emergence of a feeling of hunger slows down. I note that the needle has a sparing effect: we deceive the hypothalamus in order to regulate excessive appetite, but do not bring the situation to a complete refusal of food and autocannibalism (during fasting, brain cells begin to literally eat themselves). The method does not include fasting, as it makes it difficult to get rid of excess fat (I will discuss this in more detail in the next chapter). In addition, the golden needle stimulates additional production of endorphins in the hypothalamus (it is also responsible for our emotions), and they dull hunger. No wonder they say: "Love loses appetite." Thus, a person does not experience discomfort associated with some restrictions on food.
The needle can remain at the points for as long as it takes for a complete cure, that is, to normalize weight - on average from one month to six months, and if necessary, up to a year or more.

All five components work together. Many people make the mistake of thinking: “If I put on a golden needle, I will lose weight effortlessly.” No matter how effective wellness program, some effort will still have to be made. It should not be surprising that people who violate the special nutrition system, and also ignore the mandatory follow-up visits to doctors, then say: "This method does not work."
